Your First Visit — What to Expect

We make it easy to get started. Whether you’re booking for yourself or your whole family, here’s what happens from day one.

What to Bring

• Your health card (OHIP) — for children under 13
• Dental insurance information (group number & member ID)
• Your CDCP confirmation number (if enrolled)
• IFHP coverage details (if applicable)
• A list of any medications you take
• X-rays from your previous dentist (or we can request them)

What Happens at Your First Appointment

Your first visit typically includes:

• A comprehensive oral exam
• Digital X-rays (if needed)
• A professional cleaning
• A review of your dental and medical history
• A treatment plan discussion — no pressure, no surprises

We take the time to understand your concerns and explain everything clearly before any work begins.

How Billing Works

Private Insurance

We direct bill most major insurance plans. Bring your group number and member ID and we handle the paperwork. You only pay any remaining balance after insurance.

CDCP — Canadian Dental Care Plan

We are a registered CDCP provider. If you are enrolled, we bill the federal government directly — no upfront payment for covered services. Learn more about CDCP →

We accept IFHP dental coverage for refugees and newcomers and bill the government directly. Learn more about IFHP →

No Insurance?

We offer transparent pricing and will review the cost of any treatment with you before we begin. Payment plans can be discussed at your appointment.

Hours & Location

We offer evening and Saturday appointments so dental care fits around your work schedule.

• Saturday: 9 AM – 4 PM
• Sunday: Closed
